Caroline's Blog---Happenings of Today
Hi! So yesterday I had a sleepover with my friend Addie. It went really well! First we put on a magic show for her parents, then we put on the same magic show for her neighbor, Tom I Forget His Last Name. Then we played Disney Princess Monopoly Junior. Then we got into our pajamas and brushed our teeth and hair. Then we went to bed. I slept with my stuffed animal, Domino the Dalmatian. When I woke up the next morning at 7:30 and looked over at Addie's bed, she wasn't in it. Oh, I thought. She must already be up. So then I called, "Addie! Addie!" But I got no answer. I got off the air mattress and went into the hallway, and again called, "Addie! Addie!" But still I got no answer. Alright, I thought. I'll wait for her in her room. She has to finish up breakfast at some point. So then I go back into her room and sit on the air mattress. I kept glancing at the clock every once in a while. So at 8:10 I finally get nervous and worried. What should I do? So then I call, "Addie! Addie!" One last time. You know what happened? A head popped out of the doorway to her parents room. Now, in the middle of the night, Addie's mom came in to lie down with Addie. So the head belongs to Addie. She comes into her room and sits on the air mattress. "What?" She asks. "Where were you?" I as her. "I hate to tell you this Caroline, but you mumbled and snored in your sleep, so me and my mom went into her room. I was asleep until you called me." She said. "I got up at 7:30, and have been waiting 45 minutes. Why didn't you come?" I asked her. "I guess I couldn't hear you," She said. Then we both went downstairs for breakfast, and there was a bunch of Easter stuff. I never celebrated Easter, but it was nice seeing what it was like. We painted eggs and stuff like that. Then we started playing a game. Then I went home at 4:00 P.M.
